This product is Scrap For Hire Friendly provided that the client receives either a flattened digital file or a printed physical item.
Please DO NOT:
- DO NOT Resell my original files. They MUST be modified. They are to be used in creation of items for digital kits, element packs, paper packs & alphas.
- DO NOT use to make styles, overlays, textures, brushes, shapes, actions, doodles, templates etc…
- DO NOT use these to create products you sell for Professional Use by other designers.
- DO NOT Redistribute my products yourself. DO NOT share in Yahoo Groups, Rapidshare, Pando, 4Shared, demonoid etc…or any other file sharing group/website. Sharing is stealing and does NOT fall under the Fair Use Act. DO NOT give my products away.
You May:
- Use these for your commercial work such as kits for resale. This permission is intended for small home-based businesses only. If you are a larger company please contact me if you would like to use my products.
- Submit your projects that you created using my designs to magazines and online publications. Please give credit and drop me a line and let me know about your publication, I'd love to check it out
- Copy these files on an electronic or physical medium (CDs, disks, etc.) for your own back-up purposes.
- Print copies of any graphic element to be used for your own personal projects.
Special Terms:
Overlays/Textures:
- Use to create papers but do not resell as borders or overlays.
- YOU MAY NOT create products for professional use by other designers/commercial use products.
- YOU MAY NOT use them as a base or in any way to create overlays, brushes or any other commercial use item.
- YOU MAY NOT include them in layered templates.
